For 49 years NIMSCO has supplied machinery and technical services to the spring processing and wire and strip forming industries of North America. We are a fully integrated sales, support and engineering company based in Davenport, Iowa.
Our story
Single line to multi-line. Same promise.
NIMSCO started in 1977 as a single-line company. In May 1983 we became the exclusive North American distributor for Bennett Mahler and Simplex-Rapid, and we have grown into a well-established, multi-line distributor.
Through all of it we have stayed true to our mission of a timely response and real support for our customers. Our full-time inside and outside sales and technical people are backed by our office staff, and NIMSCO LLC is well poised for the future.

Nichols International Machinery Systems Co. begins supplying machinery and technical services to the North American market.

Exclusive distributor
In May 1983 NIMSCO becomes the exclusive North American distributor for Bennett Mahler and Simplex-Rapid.

Ultragrind at CASMI ’84
Bennett Ultragrind downfeed grinders are first exhibited at CASMI ’84. Bennett Mahler has led spring grinding machinery ever since.
